Cancellation policy
When it comes to cancellations and reschedules, I completely understand that things happen, we get sick, or have emergencies. I will never ask for a cancellation fee. All I ask is that you give me at least 24 hours' notice.
You'll also get a reminder before your appointment, so nothing sneaks up on you. If something comes up, the earlier you let me know, the easier it is to give the time to someone else.
